Without rules, we cannot communicate correctly with other people. There are many grammar rules in English, but the basic rules refer to sentence structure and parts of speech.    SENTENCE STRUCTURE  Sentence : A sentence is a group of words which expresses a complete thought and consists of a subject and a predicate. Government is therefore an institution set up by the State through which the will of the state is formulated, expressed and realized for the attainment of its goals, through its three arms namely: Legislature, Executive and the Judiciary.
